Train with Nashville SC. Stay with Your Club. Develop Your Potential.

The Nashville SC Regional Training Centers (RTC) are supplemental player development programs designed to provide motivated players throughout Tennessee with additional training opportunities while remaining committed to their current club environment.

The RTC is not a club team and does not replace a player's current team or club. Instead, it serves as an extension of a player's development through additional training, professional coaching, and ongoing identification opportunities within the Nashville SC Youth Soccer pathway.

Our goal is simple: to provide talented and motivated players with supplementary training opportunities that may lead to early identification for our Nashville SC Academy.

What is the Regional Training Center?

The Regional Training Center is a supplemental training program designed for players who are seeking additional opportunities to develop their overall ability and have a desire to play at an MLS Academy level.

Players continue training and competing with their current club while attending weekly RTC sessions led by Nashville SC Youth Soccer staff.

The RTC creates an environment where players can be challenged, supported, and identified while receiving consistent coaching aligned with the Nashville SC player development philosophy.

An Extension of Your Current Soccer Environment

Nashville SC believes that player development is strongest when clubs, coaches, players, and families work together.

The Regional Training Center is designed to complement a player's current soccer experience, not compete with it.

Players remain registered with and compete for their current club team while receiving additional weekly training through Nashville SC.

The program provides an opportunity for players from all soccer backgrounds to access supplemental training while maintaining their existing commitments.

Player Pathway

Early Identification and Player Pathway

The Regional Training Center serves as one of the first stages within the Nashville SC Youth Soccer player identification process.

Through ongoing observation and evaluation, Nashville SC staff are able to identify players who demonstrate the technical ability, mindset, coachability, and commitment required to progress within higher-level development environments.

Participation in the RTC does not guarantee advancement into the Nashville SC Academy. However, the program provides players with consistent opportunities to be seen by Nashville SC Youth staff throughout the year.

RTC's allow Nashville SC staff to build relationships with players and families while supporting long-term player development.
