Nashville SC Youth Coaching Opportunities

Our Nashville SC Youth programs are always looking to add qualified, motivated, and experienced soccer coaches to our player development staff.

Coaching opportunities are available across our community programs, camps, clinics, grassroots initiatives, and Regional Training Center programming. These programs serve boys and girls across a wide range of ages and ability levels, from recreational players starting their soccer journey to advanced players looking for a higher level of training.

Opportunities may include:

• Community-based programs
• Camps and clinics
• Grassroots development programs
• Regional Training Center programming
• Advanced player development environments

Most coaching roles are part-time and seasonal, with the majority of work taking place throughout the spring, summer, and fall. Additional winter opportunities may be available based on programming needs, coach performance, and availability.

Lead Coach

For experienced coaches who can lead sessions, manage groups, and deliver Nashville SC Youth curriculum across camps, clinics, and development programs. This role will cover coaching opportunities across all of the Nashville SC Youth Programs

Summer Camp Coach

For coaches who are looking for seasonal summer opportunities only.

RTC Coach

For coaches who wish to work in our Regional Training Centers. Our RTC program is our high-level supplemental training program for players aspiring to one day play in our Academy.
