Season Ticket Relocation

Season Ticket Members will be sent an email with their specific relocation window to choose new seats for the All-N Bundle Plan (2027 Sprint Season + 2027-28 Season). Step-by-step relocation instructions will follow soon.

Rules to Consider

• You may log in at any time to view available seats.
• You may relocate at any time once the relocation window opens.
• If you relocate, your original seats will be available for purchase by other members.
• You cannot leave single seats as part of this process.
• If seats are in the cart for more than 15 minutes, the system will automatically drop the seats. 
• Once a relocation order is processed through virtual venue, you may not relocate again using the virtual venue platform.

Relocation FAQs

How do I add seats to my account? 

1. If you are looking to add a seat next to your current location or add additional seats in another location, you will need to contact your service rep.
2. Seats can be added via the virtual venue if you are relocating all your current seats to that new location, then you may add on the seat(s) from there. 

How many seats can I add on? 

You can have a total of eight seats for the All-N Bundle Plan (2027 Sprint Season + 2027-28 Season). If you would like more than eight seats, please contact your membership services representative. 

How many matches are part of the All-N Bundle Plan?  

The All-N Bundle Plan includes 24 matches (2027 Sprint Season + 2027-28 Season) for Season Ticket Members located outside of the premium club spaces. 

How do I pay the price difference for my new seats? 

Upon confirming your new seats, the difference in price will either be paid in full or factored into your existing payment plan, depending on which plan you originally selected. 

How is relocation order decided? 

Your relocation window is assigned based on your tenure with the club. The longer you've had season tickets consecutively, the earlier your window will be. 

Can I still relocate my seats once my window has passed? 

Your relocation window will stay open until you choose a new seat location. The available inventory will continue to change as other Season Ticket Members relocate. If you don't see your desired seats at the start of your relocation window, feel free to check back later. 

When does the relocation period end? 

The relocation period for the All-N Bundle Plan (2027 Sprint Season + 2027-28 Season) ends on September 18th, 2026.
