"Annually, MTE has a Family Fun Day which is a way to thank employees and their families for the hard work and dedication they provide to our members every day. In 2026, we choose a Nashville SC game. We worked with Nate Curry to make this event possible. We started planning early which made it possible for all tickets to be in the lower bowl allowing everyone to have great seats without worrying about going up steps, especially if they had younger children. We chose to include tickets, parking pass and a voucher for food/merchandise. Internally, we sent a registration link for employees to sign up with the number of tickets needed and their email address. A week before the event, we emailed the spreadsheet to Nate. Nate and a team from Nashville SC took care of everything. Nate sent detailed emails to everyone with step-by-step instructions on how to download the tickets, parking passes, and vouchers. The day before the event, he sent another email. The day of he was there beside us helping employees through any obstacles they faced. I can’t thank Nate and the team for making our event very successful.

This was the first time many employees had been to a Nashville SC game. I had several tell me they would go back. This says a lot about the experience. The excitement, enthusiasm, and camaraderie in the stadium is infectious."
