GEODIS Park is a digital ticketed venue and gives fans the ability to conveniently manage their tickets on their phone. Fans can access their tickets via the Nashville SC app. The app is available for download through the App Store and Google Play Store.
All Nashville SC Memberships will incorporate a variable pricing model, with the goal of ensuring that our most loyal and valuable fans always receive the best pricing and value for their seat(s) throughout the season.
Our Nashville SC Membership tickets are assigned a pricing tier, which is based on multiple factors including opponents, day of the week, time of season, promotional giveaway, and more. Subsequently, members will now see a total of five (5) different ticket prices within each membership, each of which is reflective of the game tier A+, A, B, C, and D.
For Season Ticket Members outside of our premium club spaces the per-game price will vary throughout the course of the season, there is absolutely no impact on the total cost of your Nashville SC Membership.
Why did Nashville SC move to variable pricing?
Variable pricing was implemented to assist Nashville SC members with the resale value of their season tickets. Nashville SC member concerns and challenges associated with the resale value of their season tickets. While we can’t guarantee any resale outcomes, we certainly anticipate our Nashville SC members’ ability to resell tickets that they cannot use to improve now that each regular home game is within a pricing tier that is better reflective of its primary ticket cost and resale value.
Will Premium Club, Suite and Loges tickets be variably priced?
No, Nashville SC Members who hold Season Tickets within our Premium Club, Suite and Loge spaces will not see their ticket plans be variably priced. This is due to the current multi-year agreements in place.
Can I still do a 1-for-1 ticket exchange?
Absolutely! Ticket exchanges within the same tier and within the same price code will be a “1-for-1" exchange, meaning the net total of the transaction will be $0.
How does this impact my ability to resell tickets?
While there is never a guarantee of tickets being purchased on the resale market, having the value of your season tickets more accurately reflected AND at the lowest available price, we expect that the likelihood of Nashville SC Member tickets listed for sale being purchased.
Will variable pricing impact the price for which I can list my tickets?
The answer is yes – and no. As in prior seasons, Nashville SC Members can post their tickets for resale up to 40% below the ticket price of the game selected for resale. So, while there is no change in the percentage below the face value of the ticket, the actual dollar value of the ticket will vary by price tier.
As an example, if your member rate for an A+ game is $150.00, the minimum list price will be $90.00 whereas your member rate for a D-tiered game could be $125 and would therefore require a minimum list price of $75.00.
As a reminder, there is no price ceiling, which means there are no restrictions related to a maximum price at which you can list your tickets.
What if there is a price difference between the games I want to exchange into and the games I cannot attend?
If your ticket exchange results in a balance due, e.g., the cost of the tickets to the game(s) you cannot attend is lower than the cost of the tickets to the game(s) you want to exchange into, you will only need to select and apply your preferred method of payment at checkout. Accepted methods of payment include account credit and major debit or credit cards.
As a reminder, Nashville SC Season Ticket Members do not have to pay fees as part of the transition.
How can I view the value associated for each game within the assigned tiers?
Start by first logging into Account Manager. Once signed in, click on ‘Invoice’. Select the 2026 Invoice. In the top right corner of the page, there will be options to generate a PDF via print or have an automated email generated.

What is the Nashville SC Match Flex Program?

How can I access the Match Flex Program?

Is there a limit on the number of matches I can exchange?
Yes, you may use the Match Flex Program to exchange out of 5 matches for the 2026 season. However, you may relocate your seats within a match as many times as you would like!
Are there blackout dates?
No! New for the 2026 season, you may exchange in and out of any 2026 MLS Regular Season match for more flexibility. Please note that tickets are subject to availability, which means that there may be some games for which you may be unable to add tickets. Subject to variable price difference when moving from a lower tiered match to a higher tiered match. To avoid a scenario in which you are unable to get tickets because of a sold-out game, we encourage you to complete your ticket exchanges as soon as possible.
Can I use the Match Flex Program to upgrade my seats for a match?
Yes! As a Nashville SC Season Ticket Member you can upgrade your seats using the Match Flex Program which will save you money on your upgraded seats for a particular match.
Can I go from an A Tier match to a B Tier match using the Match Flex Program?
Yes, like moving from a lower tiered match to a higher tier you may conversely go from a higher tiered match to a lower tiered match. Please keep in mind the difference in value will not be refunded. However, you will have the ability to add additional seats with additional value when processing the ticket exchange.
When is the deadline to return my tickets for a match I do not wish to attend?
All tickets for matches that you cannot attend much be exchange 4 days prior to kick-off. As an example, if you wish to exchange out of a match for a match that starts at 7:30PM CST on a Saturday, you tickets to that match must be returned by 7:30PM CST on Tuesday prior.
