What is the Ticket Exchange Program?
The Ticket Exchange Program is exclusive for our Nashville SC season ticket members that allows members to customize their plan by moving tickets from match to match. You can exchange up to 4 Nashville SC MLS regular season matches per season, but note that U.S. Open Cup, Playoffs, and additional tournaments are excluded from this program.
Can I exchange partial tickets (e.g., 2 of 4 tickets)?
Yes, partial exchanges are allowed. You can exchange up to the number of tickets on your account.
When is the deadline for exchanging tickets?
Exchanges can be made up until 4 days prior to the match. For example, if a game schedules for a Saturday at 7:30PM CT the deadline to exchange out of that match will be Wednesday prior at 7:30PM CT.
Are there blackout dates?
Not all matches are available for exchange. The club will determine and broadcast which events are eligible and ineligible for the Ticket Exchange Program. The match on October 18, 2025, at 5PM CT against Inter Miami CF is excluded.
I no longer need the additional tickets for my original exchange. Can I sell these tickets?
No, these tickets will no longer be eligible for resale after you process a ticket exchange.
What happens if I exchange for a ticket of a different price?
Nashville SC season ticket members receive the member rate on all ticket exchanges. Exchanges will be made based on value:
- Higher price point: If you exchange for a more expensive ticket, you will need to pay the difference. For example, when you upgrade your seats into a higher priced section.
- Lower price point: If you exchange for a less expensive ticket, the exchange will be treated as an even swap (1 for 1 exchange).
Can I complete exchanges over the phone?
Yes, the Membership Services Specialist Team will be able to help complete exchanges over the phone. We do recommend becoming familiar with the process of completing exchanges at your convenience!
Can exchanges be made through the App?
Yes, you will find the Ticket Exchange button within the NSC App. The link provided will direct you to your Account Manager page. There you will find the Ticket Exchange option.
Can I exchange the same ticket multiple times?
No, once a ticket has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
Do I need to pay off my account to exchange tickets?
Yes, your account must be up-to-date and payment compliant on Account Manager. If you're exchanging a match that hasn't been paid for yet, you'll need to pay off that match before the exchange can be completed.
