NSC Dallas Halftime

FRISCO, Texas (August 12, 2020) – Nashville SC and FC Dallas played to a 0-0 scoreline after 45 minutes at Toyota Stadium.

The opening minutes saw both sides feeling each other out in their first action since March. Dallas earned the first opportunity in the 19’ minute as Franco Jara took advantage of a turnover and fired a shot from just outside the box that goalkeeper Joe Willis easily snagged. A few minutes later, Nashville got their first chance from a corner kick, but a second-phase opportunity by Derrick Jones went wide.

Nashville earned its best chance of the half in the 35’ minute as Randall Leal found space in the attacking half and forced a lunging save by the Dallas keeper. Tune in for the second half on MyTV30, 102.5 The Game, 94.9 ESPN and El Jefe 96.7. For those outside of Nashville, tune in on ESPN+.
