ORLANDO - Nashville SC and Orlando City SC are tied 1-1 after 45 minutes at Exploria Stadium in Orlando.
Nashville SC got to the attack early through Abu Danladi, who made his first Nashville SC start. His shots in the 3’ and 6’ minutes missed high. However, Nashville kept up the pressure and found a gaol from a free kick in the 15’ minute. Dave Romney got on the end of a Hany Mukhtar free kick and nodded the ball home to put Nashville in front.
After the goal, Orlando City got to the attack and equalized on a Chris Mueller header from his stomach in the box in the 21’ minute. Orlando kept up their attacks going into the mid-half hydration break, and a Joao Moutinho shot was parried away by Nashville goalkeeper Joe Willis.
The two teams were even in shots 9-8 and shots on target 3-3.
