ADA SERVICES

Tickets: Events held at GEODIS Park offer ADA-accessible seating as well as companion seating. People with mobility impairment who require accessible seating are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This may include people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. People who do not fall within the categories above but merely have a preference for accessible seating are not permitted to purchase accessible seats. Wheelchair & Companion Seating: GEODIS Park provides wheelchair and companion seating throughout the Stadium. Please note that event day relocations are limited and are not guaranteed but may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check with your section seating host for availability of seats. Personal chairs, stools, chair cushions, or other seating equipment are not permitted inside of the Stadium. For guests needing wheelchair pickup and/or drop-off, one of our Guest Experience Representatives would be happy to assist. Please visit the Guest Services Window or text/call (615) 701-2512.

Accessible Gates: All entrances are ADA accessible.

Accessible Parking: Please visit the GEODIS Park parking page to view ADA parking availability for events. ADA parking is for sale on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call the Nashville SC offices to secure your ADA parking at 615-750-8800.

Sensory Accommodations: Guests with sensory needs can check out KultureCity Sensory Kits at our Guest Services Window located behind Section 113. Kits include noise-reducing headphones, fidget items, a weighted lap pad, sunglasses, and non-verbal cards. To obtain a KultureCity Sensory Kit, guests must provide a form of identification, which will be returned to them upon kit drop-off. We also have Private Areas located in the Family Restrooms located at Sections 103, 105, 111, 113, 118, 124, 127 & 134. 

ALCOHOL POLICY

GEODIS Park works hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Guests attending events at GEODIS Park must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on property. All guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID for each purchase.

Management reserves the right to check proof of age at any time. No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be impaired. There is a two (2) alcohol drink limit per transaction.

During Nashville SC home games, alcohol sales terminate at the 75th minute of the game. For football games, alcohol sales terminate at the end of the 3rd quarter. For all other GEODIS Park events, alcohol sales terminate 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.  Nashville SC/GEODIS Park Management reserves the right to terminate alcohol sales at any time during the event if deem necessary.

Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the Stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the Stadium will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct (FCOC) and may result in the guests being ejected, arrested, or tickets being revoked.

All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting the Stadium property.

Violations of this alcohol policy may result in ejection and/or arrest.

ANIMALS

Inside of Stadium: GEODIS Park welcomes certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III Law. If you need assistance in advance of an event, please call (615) 701-2500 and ask to speak with our Guest Experience team.

Please note, comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Other species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals. A doctor's letter does not turn an animal into a service animal, and unfortunately, animals identified under these categories will be denied access to the Stadium.

Outside of Stadium:

Event Day: For most events, animals are not permitted in exterior event-related spaces such as tailgate areas, The North Plaza, and Fan Zone areas. Exceptions to this policy may vary based on event type. Certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III law are permitted. 

Non-Event Day: Dogs are permitted in areas such as The North Plaza if on leash. All waste must be picked up and discarded in appropriate container.

Please be advised GEODIS Park reserves the right to exclude service animals which act in "out of control" manners. If the service animal does not fit under your seat you will need to purchase a ticket for the animal.

ANTI-PIRACY POLICY

Unauthorized transmission of accounts or descriptions of the game, including play-by-play data, is strictly prohibited. Violators may be subject to ejection from the Stadium. Bag Policy

BAG POLICY

We strongly encourage guests NOT to bring any type of bag to GEODIS Park to expedite entry at the gates. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter the Stadium:

Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12" x 12" x 6". This includes clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, gallon Ziploc bags, etc.

Non-transparent bags, wallets, and cases must not exceed 4.5" X 6.5" even if you are placing it inside your larger clear bag.

Please Note: Non-transparent bags (4.5"x6.5" or smaller) are still subject to inspection by security personnel at the gates.

Diaper bags must be clear and comply with the GEODIS Park Clear Bag Policy. Clear diaper bags that meet the Stadium's bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but are subject to search upon entry. Baby and infant care items such as bottled formula and small snacks may be brought into the Stadium; however, those items must be carried in a clear bag meeting the bag policy guidelines.

Camera bags and cases that accompany any permitted personal device must meet the clear bag policy specifications or will be denied entry.

Exceptions to the Clear Bag Policy will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the gate.

The Clear Bag Policy is in effect for all GEODIS Park events. Guests with non-complying bags can store their items for a nominal fee at a conveniently located bag check location outside of the Stadium.

BAG CHECK / STORAGE LOCKERS

Guests with non-complying bags can store their items for a nominal fee at a conveniently located bag check location outside of the Stadium. No prohibited items will be accepted at the gates for safekeeping. Please do not discard or hide prohibited items outside of the gates and in the perimeter landscaping. All unattended items will be confiscated.

Bag Check / Storage Locker Location: Located on the North side of the stadium on Benton Avenue between Gates B and C.

The bag check location will be available for most events from 2 hours prior to event start time and close 1.5 hours after the event concludes. Items must be retrieved from the bag check location on the same day.

Need assistance on event day? Bag check location associates will be available on event day to answer all questions and assist with your item storage.

BANNERS AND SIGNS

Signs no larger than standard poster board (28" x 22") are allowed in the Stadium; however, they may not be affixed to any part of the Stadium (railing, wall, etc.).

For concerts and other non-sporting events, permissible signage guidelines are subject to change based on artist and/or management discretion. All updates will be communicated via the GEODIS Park website.

For banners, handheld signs, and flags to be permitted at Nashville SC matches, they must meet the below criteria:

  • Signs cannot be commercial, political, or obscene in nature.
  • Signs may not be affixed or hung anywhere within GEODIS Park.
  • Signs may not be displayed in a manner that obstructs the views of other fans nor stadium scoreboards/advertising signage.
  • The signs must be made of a paper or lightweight cloth-like material.
  • Signs cannot utilize wood, metal, plastic, or similar types of materials for support unless distributed by GEODIS Park as a gate giveaway.
  • Maximum dimensions of a sign/banner are 3′x5′ and allowed in supporter sections only. Guests sitting outside of the supporter sections must adhere to the 28"x22" standard poster board sign policy.
  • Signage cannot be battery operated or contain lights.
  • For Nashville SC matches, any flags or signs must be approved through supporter group leaders and Stadium Management.
  • Provided banners, flags, and signs are event-related, in good taste as determined by stadium security, and meet the above guidelines; guests will be permitted to bring them into the Stadium.

Signage not permitted within the Stadium will be disposed of by stadium security unless the guest wishes to return it to their vehicle prior to entry into the Stadium.

BATTERIES

Loose batteries or batteries not used in a working, permitted device will not be allowed into the Stadium. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the batteries' operational use in a permitted device to Security Personnel upon request. Certain electric or battery-operated apparel and signs are permitted for non-Nashville SC events unless specifically prohibited by event promoters.

Please note, GEODIS Park Security Personnel will review all unique circumstances relating to apparel and signage on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall Stadium policies.

BINOCULARS

Binoculars can be carried into the Stadium, but please note, a binoculars case cannot be larger than 4.5" x 6.5" per the Stadium's Clear Bag Policy.

BLANKETS

For cold and inclement weather, make sure you're prepared. Blankets, jackets, and coats are permissible; however, do not place them in your clear bag for inspection. Wear or carry these items as you approach the gate. Also, hats/beanies will need to be removed for screening.

BOX OFFICE

Non-Event Day: The Box Office is closed on non-event days. To purchase tickets in advance of event day, go to the specific event page on www.nashvillesc.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Purchasing tickets via any other online site could result in delayed entry to GEODIS Park. Ticketmaster fees apply to all tickets purchased for events at the Stadium, both purchased in person at the Box Office or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Event Day: The Box office is open on event day for ticket resolution only. Box Office hours will vary by event. Please refer to your events email communications prior to event day for specific details. You may purchase tickets on event day online at www.ticketmaster.com. For sold-out events, safe and secure fan-to-fan resale of tickets is available online at www.ticketmaster.com. Fraud prevention measures for day of event online ticket purchases may result in delayed delivery to the buyer. Purchasing resale tickets from any other online site could result in delayed entry to GEODIS Park. The Box Office is located near Gate C off Benton Avenue. To search for ticket availability for Stadium events in advance of event day, please visit www.nashvillesc.com or www.ticketmaster.com.

If you would like to purchase tickets to a future Nashville SC match on matchday, please do so prior to entering GEODIS Park as the box office can only be accessed externally. Once inside the venue, we are only able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Children's Ticket Policy: For Nashville SC events, children under age two (2) can enter GEODIS Park for free as long as they sit in a guardian's lap. For other events, the policy may vary, and tickets will be required for all fans.

CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT

Permitted: Handheld digital or film cameras, including GoPro cameras, with one lens less than 6" in length (detachable or non-detachable), are permitted into GEODIS Park as long as their use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event. Please note, camera cases and bags that accompany personal cameras must meet the Stadium's Clear Bag Policy; otherwise, they will be denied entry.

Not Permitted: Tripods, monopods, "selfie sticks," and cameras with a lens longer than 6″ (detachable or non-detachable) will not be permitted into the Stadium. Additionally, camera cases and bags that do not meet the Stadium's Clear Bag Policy guidelines and specifications will not be permitted.

Please note that while digital cameras and related pictures are welcome and permitted (unless otherwise indicated within the Stadium), video cameras and video recording of events in any manner or through the use of any device is strictly prohibited.

CASHLESS

GEODIS Park accepts card and mobile payment ONLY. All mobile vendors, concession stands, bars, and retail locations require the use of card or mobile payment (i.e.–Apple & Google Pay).  Should guests prefer to use cash, they have the option to acquire a Reloadable Card at the Guest Service Window through the assistance of a ticketing representative.

CELL PHONE CHARGERS

Individual cell phone chargers, including the charging block/cord and external rechargeable battery pack varieties, are permitted. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the device's operational use to security personnel upon request.

CHILD AGE RESTRICTIONS

Children's Ticket Policy: For Nashville SC events, children two (2) years old and younger may enter GEODIS Park free of charge as long as they sit in a guardian's lap. For other events, the policy may vary, and tickets may be required for all fans.

The Tag-A-Kid program allows guests with young children to obtain a bracelet displaying parent and child information, as well as seating location. Visit our Guest Services Window located behind Section 113 for more information: Have the parent or guardian complete the wristband with the child's name and parent information and seating location. Place the wristband on the child in a manner that it will not slip off.

Diaper bags must be clear and comply with the Stadium’s Clear Bag Policy. Clear diaper bags that meet the Stadium's bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but are subject to search upon entry. Baby and infant care items such as non-frozen bottled formula and small snacks may be brought into the Stadium; however, those items must be carried in a clear bag meeting the bag policy guidelines.

Baby changing stations are located in nearly all public restrooms throughout GEODIS Park.

Car Seats: Car seats are permitted inside of GEODIS Park but are not permitted in stadium seating areas. Car seats must be checked at the Guest Services Window behind Section 113.

Strollers: Strollers are permitted inside of GEODIS Park but are not permitted in stadium seating areas. Strollers must be checked at the Guest Services Window behind Section 113.

CHILD CARE PRODUCTS

The following child care products are permitted:

  • Clear diaper bags only
  • Clear plastic bottles/sippy cups containing liquid for the child (children under two)
  • Baby food, snacks, and formula in plastic containers for children under two (no glass)
  • Wipes (place in clear Ziploc bag to expedite inspection and gate entry | original packaging is permissible; however, it will need to be opened for a detailed inspection)
  • Baby carrier/harness

PLEASE NOTE: Breast pumps and other electronic/battery-operated childcare devices must be screened at entrances.

COMFORT ROOM

Nursing mothers are welcome to breastfeed their child wherever they feel comfortable. Those who request a more private location in which to breastfeed or use a pump may use our Comfort Room located at Section 127. Access to the Comfort Room is first-come, first-served.

COMPUTERS/TABLETS

Laptop computers are not permitted inside of GEODIS Park. Small tablets, such as a standard iPad (with screen size 10" or less), are permissible for Stadium entry. For the comfort of all guests, we encourage that tablet usage be limited to in-seat only.

CONCESSIONS

CONTAINER POLICY

For the safety of all our guests, containers cannot be carried into GEODIS Park. This includes coolers, glass bottles, and cans.

The following items are NOT permitted inside of GEODIS Park, regardless of if they contain liquid or not:

  • Non-Transparent hard plastic or metal Bottles
  • Cans/Cups
  • Coffee Cups
  • Glass
  • Soda/Sports Drink Bottles
  • Thermos/Tumbler
  • Other varieties of beverage containers

Water bottles are permitted inside of GEODIS Park but must adhere to the following:

· Must fit in a 12”x12”x6” clear bag

· Must be a light weight, soft plastic bottle. No Metal or Glass

· Must be transparent, and able to see contents inside

· Cannot have any metal caps or other metal components

· Must be empty upon entry in the stadium

Parents accompanying children may bring plastic bottles of non-frozen formula or milk inside of the Stadium; however, these bottles must be carried in a clear bag meeting the Stadium's Clear Bag Policy guidelines and are subject to search upon entry.

GEODIS Park Security personnel will review all unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.

DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM presented by TENNESSEE HIGHWAY SAFETY OFFICE

Fans of legal drinking age holding a valid driver's license are eligible to become "Designated Drivers." In return for signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game and for accepting responsibility for driving other members of their group home, designated drivers will receive a voucher that can be redeemed at concession stands for free soft drink during the game.

EJECTION

GEODIS Park reserves the right to eject or to refuse admission to any persons whose behavior is or becomes unruly, or who use vulgar language, or who participate in conduct that is a nuisance or is illegal. Such persons will have their tickets confiscated without refund and will be escorted from GEODIS Park property. Repeated offenses by the same ticket holder may result in cancellation of season tickets.

Each ticket (or credential) is a limited, revocable license, which may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Stadium Management. All licenses are subject to rules and regulations of Nashville SC, GEODIS Park, and Major League Soccer. A ticket may be revoked, and the ticket holder may be ejected from the Stadium for failure to meet payment deadlines, disorderly conduct, or violation of laws or rules. License information is printed on the back of each ticket.

ELEVATORS

Suite & Club Access: There are two banks of elevators in GEODIS Park at the North and South Club entrances. They are located behind Sections 134/135, and Section 103. Use of these elevators is limited to Suite/Club seat holders and their guests. To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the elevators, we ask our guests to follow the directions of the elevator operators, the elevator lobby attendants, and other Stadium staff at all times.

EMERGENCIES

Should you need immediate assistance, guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns to the nearest Security Personnel or any Stadium representative.

Fans are also encouraged to report inappropriate behavior. Using your mobile device, call or text the word “ASSIST” to (615) 701-2512 followed by your specific stadium location and provide a brief description of your need for assistance.

If you begin to feel ill while at the GEODIS Park, please request assistance from the nearest Security Personnel, GEODIS Park representative, or please contact the Stadium Operations Center by calling (615) 701-2512 or text the word “ASSIST” to (615) 701-2512 followed by your specific stadium location for assistance.

In the event of an emergency at the Stadium, event staff, event security, and police officers are available to assist all guests. Pertinent information regarding the emergency and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public-address system and on the Stadium televisions and scoreboards.

ENTRY AND EXIT

In the days leading up to an event, be on the lookout for the "Know Before You Go" email that will include specific event day information and details. The "Know Before You Go" email will help to prepare you for event day!

Gate timing and gates in-use may vary by event.

Public Gates Include:

  • Gate A: Located at the northwest corner of the Stadium
  • Gate B: Located at the North Plaza off Benton Avenue
  • Gate C: Located at the northeast corner of the Stadium
  • Gate D: Located at the east side of the Stadium across from the Fairgrounds Speedway
  • Gate E: Located at the east side of the Stadium across from the Fairgrounds Speedway
  • Gate F: Located at the southeast side of the Stadium above Fair Park
  • Gate G: Located at the southwest side of the Stadium
  • Goal Post, Premier, and WeHo Club Entrances: Located on the west side of the Stadium between Gates A and G.

It is the goal of GEODIS Park to provide a safe and expeditious entry and exit from our Stadium for all events. Pedestrian flow at gates and in popular areas of the concourse are monitored in real-time and stadium personnel directed route adjustments may occur to provide the most expedient entry and exit from the Stadium. This may result in select Gates being unavailable at the conclusion of an event. Please follow all directional guidance from stadium personnel to ensure the most enjoyable entry and exit experience.

EVACUATION PLAN

In the event of an emergency at GEODIS Park, event staff, event security and police officers are available to assist all guests. Pertinent information regarding the emergency and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public-address system and on the stadium televisions and scoreboards.

FAN ACCOMMODATIONS

As part of our event experience, Guest Experience Representatives are located throughout the concourse. Guests can obtain directions, locate stadium services, request assistance, and find other useful information at the Guest Services Window located behind Section 113.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

GEODIS Park is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all fans. We encourage fans to join in chants, singing, and fan displays that support The Boys In Gold. Fans not abiding by the code of conduct will be subject to possible removal and additional sanctions. Violations to the Fan Code of Conduct include, but are not limited to:

  • Chants with inappropriate language, including any comments regarding racism, sexual orientation, ethnicity, etc.
  • Foul or abusive language, offensive language, or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
  • Displaying signs, symbols, or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action.
  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening, or illegal in nature, or conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
  • Possession of an unauthorized device or other prohibited items.
  • Failing to follow instructions of law enforcement, security personnel, and/or guest services regarding stadium operations, policies, and/or emergency response procedures.
  • Verbal or physical harassment of officials, players, staff, or other fans.
  • Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans' enjoyment of the game, such as unreasonably obstructing the view of other guests.
  • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects, declining to return a ball that enters the stands, or attempting to enter the field or any other location other than that permitted by the fan's ticket or credential).
  • Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the event
  • Any conduct deemed inappropriate or dangerous to fans, participants, or team members.
  • The use of any tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, inside the Stadium or within the immediate gate plazas is prohibited. Additionally, once a fan exits the Stadium, re-entry is strictly prohibited.
  • Flares, incendiary devices, smoke bombs, sparklers, and fireworks of any kind without official approval.

Stadium personnel will promptly intervene when necessary to ensure the Fan Code of Conduct is enforced. Ticket holders or guests who choose not to adhere to these guidelines will be subject to revocation of parking privileges and/or season tickets, an inability to attend future stadium events, event ejection without refund, cited for trespass, or possible arrest.

Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to the nearest security personnel or GEODIS Park Team Member. Fans can also report inappropriate behavior by calling or by text message: Using your mobile device, text the word “ASSIST” to (615) 701-2512 followed by your specific stadium location and provide a brief description of your need for assistance.

GEODIS Park reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who has engaged in harassment of officials, team members, staff, and/or other fans or who have otherwise violated this Fan Code of Conduct using social or digital media or other forms of communication.

FIRST AID

Guests that require medical assistance are encouraged to contact any nearby stadium Team Member or Security Personnel. Guests who begin to feel ill while at the GEODIS Park, please request assistance from the nearest Security Personnel, GEODIS Park representative, or please contact the Stadium Operations Center by calling (615) 701-2512 or text the word “ASSIST” to (615) 701-2512 followed by your specific stadium location for assistance.

There are two (2) first-aid stations located in GEODIS Park:

  • Northeast near Gate A and Section 104
  • Southside near Section 126.

Please note: Nursing mothers are welcome to utilize any First Aid location in the Stadium.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Outside food and beverage is not allowed to be brought into the GEODIS Park. This includes food and beverage items purchased on the immediate exterior of the Stadium (food and/or beverage purchased in a Fan Zone area outside of the Stadium will not be permitted inside the Stadium).

The only exceptions to the Food and Beverage policy are:

  • Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of non-frozen formula or milk, and small snacks inside of the Stadium.
  • Medically necessary food items inspected and approved by Security Personnel at the stadium gates.

GATES & GATE ENTRY

Currently, GEODIS Park entrances open one 1.5 hour prior to kickoff for all Nashville SC home games. We suggest arriving early for each event.

Please note, only Club and Suite Level tickets will be permitted entry through the Club stadium entrances.

Evolv Express Stadium Entry Technology: New contactless entry technology at GEODIS Park! Your safety is our primary focus at GEODIS Park. You will notice that we've added new security screening technology that permits you to walk through security without removing items from your pockets or having your approved bag physically inspected. This enhanced technology provides us top security while giving you a better experience during the ingress process. As you enter the screening area, keep walking at a normal pace with all of your belongings in your pockets and holding any approved bag. Please do not stop unless advised by Security Personnel.

GUEST SERVICE WINDOW

Our Guest Service Window is located by section 113, near the Gate C entrance. Our Guest Experience representatives have been trained to handle guests’ questions, comments, and concerns.

The team member at this window may provide assistance with the following items:

  • Fulfilling any special request from guests
  • Stadium Maps, policy details, etc.
  • Lost and Found
  • ADA accommodations- including Kulture City Sensory Bags and Noise Cancelling Headphones
  • Stroller/Scooter Checks
  • Lost children/parents
  • Designated Driver Program
  • General event day questions

The Guest Service Window cannot check or hold items for guests for the duration of the event, other than Lost and Found. Please see our Bag Check/Storage Locker information with more details.

INFLATABLE BALL POLICY

Inflated footballs, soccer balls, and other recreational balls are NOT permitted inside of the Stadium.

Please be advised that sections within the seating bowl that are closest to the field have a higher risk of game balls entering the seating area. Game balls that enter the seating section during pre-game, warm-up periods, and regular game play must be returned to the field as instructed by Stadium Personnel.

LOST AND FOUND

During an event, report lost and found items to the Guest Services Window located behind Section 113. You may leave a recorded message on the Lost and Found Hotline, (615) 701-2500 or submit an online inquiry here.

Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should call the Guest Experience Hotline at (615) 701-2500 for information and/or notify us via email at guestservices@nashvillesc.com. Items lost at prior events are held in a locked storage area for 30 days and are then disposed of or donated to a charitable organization. GEODIS Park cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

LOST CHILDREN/PARENTS

Safety is our top priority at all GEODIS Park events. Parents who are unable to locate their child should visit the Guest Services Window located behind Section 113 or the closest stadium staff member for assistance. You may also notify the nearest police officer or security personnel to further assist you or please contact the Stadium Operations Center by calling (615) 701-2512 or text the word “ASSIST” to (615) 701-2512 followed by your specific stadium location for assistance.

MEDIA ENTRANCE

The media entrance is located on the southwest corner of the Stadium at Gate G. Proper stadium-issued credentials are required for entry. All bags and belongings are subject to search.

For other major events, Media will receive more information regarding entry processes via email by the event promoter. Media with any further questions can email communications@nashvillesc.com.

MEDICALLY NECESSARY ITEMS

Medically necessary items are permitted at all stadium gates. Medical equipment and supplies (including liquid containers and coolers) will be thoroughly screened by security personnel at the entrance. When feasible, medical equipment and supplies should also be placed in a clear bag to expedite inspection.

Official Nashville SC team merchandise is available at in-stadium team stores on home game days. All Team Store hours during events will vary by event. Locations include:

MOBILE TICKETING

A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraudulent tickets. All Nashville SC matches held at GEODIS Park are mobile ticket entry only. Tickets can be viewed on smartphones using the individual team app. To avoid reliance on cell tower connectivity during times of peak traffic on event day, be sure to save your tickets to your phone's Apple Wallet or Google Pay in advance of event day for the quickest and easiest entry process. Screenshots or recordings of tickets are not valid for entry. To improve the event day experience and speed up your entry experience with friends or family, individually transfer tickets to the rest of your group before the day of the event.

NOISE MAKING DEVICES

Musical instruments or any types of noise-making devices are NOT permitted in any area of the stadium with the exception of pre-approved supporter items in supporter sections. This includes but is not limited to items like air horns, cowbells, and whistles.

NURSING AREA

Discover the Mamava Flex Lactation Pod, conveniently situated near Section 112 next to the Main Team Store at GEODIS Park. These freestanding, mobile suites provide a private space for individuals to pump or breastfeed in public areas. On event days, easily unlock the pod using Mamava's free app, available for both iOS and Android. The app not only allows access but also provides information on pod availability, lets you opt into vacancy alerts, adjust interior lighting and airflow, and even leave digital notes of support for the next person. Additionally, there is a Comfort Room located at Section 127, and all Family Restrooms at Sections 103, 105, 111, 113, 118, 124, 127, and 134 are also available for use.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

GEODIS Park is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and tobacco-free campus. The use of any tobacco-based products, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers, inside of the Stadium or within the immediate gate plazas is strictly prohibited.

Additional prohibited items and behaviors at GEODIS Park include, but are not limited to:

  • Abusive, foul, or disruptive language
  • Alcohol, illegal drugs, or harmful chemicals
  • Animals (except certified service animals with proper documentation)
  • Aerosol cans or pressurized containers
  • Bags that do not follow the Stadium clear bag policy, including diaper bags and personal camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications
  • Batteries: Loose batteries or batteries not used in a working, permitted device will not be allowed into the Stadium. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the batteries operational use in a permitted device to security personnel upon request
  • Hard Plastic or Metal Bottles, cans, glass, and other beverage containers to include coolers
  • Cameras with lens longer than 6″ (detachable or non-detachable) and camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications
  • Chairs, booster seats, stools, or other seating devices
  • Devices deemed suspicious by Stadium security in its sole discretion are prohibited. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate any device's operational use upon request.
  • Food items, including outside food/beverages
  • Headwear or apparel with hazardous attachments including, but not limited to, spikes and blades
  • Hover-boards
  • Inflated balls, soccer balls, footballs, including beach balls, or any missile or object that can be used as a projectile
  • Illegal drugs or substances, any alcoholic beverage
  • Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects)
  • Knives of any length
  • Laser Pointers
  • Lights (flashlights, LED lights, any battery-operated lights)
  • Masks related to health provisions are permitted; Other masks that cover or conceal identity are not permitted
  • Metal flasks, metal cigar/cigarette cases
  • Non-transparent bag larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
  • Noisemakers, including but not limited to whistles and horns
  • Poles, selfie sticks, sticks of any kind
  • Pyrotechnics and fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, or incendiary devices
  • Remote-controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
  • Seat cushions, folding and/or standalone chairs
  • Signs or flags (no larger than 3' X 5'), shakers, pom-poms, or any item with a pole or stick unless distributed by GEODIS Park as a gate giveaway
  • Smoking to include e-cigarettes and vaporizers
  • Thermoses/Cups
  • Ticket scalping
  • Trespassing, soliciting, peddling, and loitering
  • Tripods, monopods, and Selfie-Sticks
  • Video cameras/recording devices, tripods
  • Umbrellas
  • Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms
  • Anything that creates a nuisance or disruption

*and/or any other item or action deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate, or suspicious in nature by any GEODIS Park representative.

GEODIS Park Security personnel will review all unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.

Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to the nearest security personnel or GEODIS Park Team Member. Fans can also report inappropriate behavior by text message: Using your mobile device, text the word “ASSIST” to (615) 701-2512 followed by your specific stadium location and provide a brief description of your need for assistance.

During concerts and other non-sporting events, additions may be made to the prohibited items list at the discretion of the artist and/or management. All updates will be communicated via the the GEODIS Park website and social media channels.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

The following WeGo Public Transit stops are located within walking distance to GEODIS Park:

  • Bus 52: Fairgrounds Station at Nolensville Pike & Wingrove Street
  • Bus 77: Benton Ave & Bransford Ave

RADIOS

Small, single-speaker radios and headphones are permitted in GEODIS Park for Nashville SC matches as long as they do not interfere with any other guest's enjoyment of the game. We reserve the right to ask any patron to discontinue the use of such devices.

RECYCLING

Recycling containers are located throughout the stadium concourse.

RE-ENTRY POLICY

In accordance with GEODIS Park security procedures, guests may not exit and re-enter the Stadium using the same ticket.

RESTROOMS

GEODIS Park has a total of 31 public restrooms. Accessible facilities are available in all restrooms.

RIDESHARE SERVICES

Fans exiting the Stadium are encouraged to follow the wayfinding signs from the stadium gates to Rideshare drop-off area.

SCALPING AND PROFITEERING POLICIES

The unlawful resale of any event ticket on Stadium grounds and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the full extent of the law.

SECURITY SCREENING POLICY

For fastest entry, please follow instructions of Security Personnel in the screening area.

All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside GEODIS Park, along with inspection of all approved clear bags and carry-in items. Security staff will utilize evolv inspection units, walk-through magnetometers, handheld metal detectors and/or a physical pat-down to screen all guests at security checkpoints.

If a guest does not feel comfortable with the metal detector screening due to medical reasons, a physical pat-down will be conducted instead. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection.

For Nashville SC Match Supporter Entrances: For a seamless entry experience at Nashville SC matches, we kindly ask you to adhere to the guidance provided by our Security Personnel in the screening area for the quickest access. Before entering the Stadium, all guests will undergo a security screening, including the inspection of approved clear bags and carry-in items. Supporters from any group may undergo a brief physical pat-down and bag search in addition to the standard walkthrough metal detector inspections. Your cooperation ensures a safe and efficient entry process for everyone.

Guests electing not to consent to the metal detector screening or physical pat-down along with a bag search will be denied entry.

SMOKING POLICY

There are NO designated smoking areas inside the Stadium, and re-entry is prohibited.

SOLICITATION POLICY

Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on stadium grounds (including parking lots) is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection, or arrest.

SOUND AMPLIFICATION EQUIPMENT

Sound-amplification equipment usage is not permitted at GEODIS Park, including the parking lots.

STROLLERS / CAR SEATS

GEODIS Park welcomes fans with strollers and car seats. However, strollers and car seats are prohibited from all stadium seating sections and concourse areas. All strollers and car seats must be checked-in at the Guest Service Window, located on the east concourse behind Section 113. Premium ticketholders with strollers must check them in at the Premium Entry desk.

STANDING

Guests are asked to enjoy the event from the comfort of the seat that is indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you may block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the intent to limit guests' enjoyment of the game and cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in seating areas may negatively impact others enjoyment of the event. Continuous or excessive standing is addressed in the Stadium’s Fan Code of Conduct and will be monitored by Stadium security.

SUPPORTER APPROVED ITEMS

The following items are permitted for recognized supporter groups that are in good standing with Nashville SC and MLS, as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage and must meet the following requirements:

  • Item may not be constructed of wood, metal, or any other material that may cause harm to others as determined by Stadium Management.
  • Flags & apparel must be event-related, in good taste, and not commercial, political, or offensive in nature.   • No supporter-approved item can be shared. It must always remain in the possession of its owner. No musical instruments other than drums are permitted.

List of Exempted Items:

  • Flags that meet the following criteria:
  • Are not commercial, political, offensive, or in poor taste.
  • Do not unreasonably obstruct the view of the spectators outside of the supporter section, cover existing stadium signage, or present a public hazard by blocking aisles, walkways, or stairs.
  • Do not in any way damage the Stadium walls, paint, railings, glass, or other Stadium property.
  • May not be hung over the railing of the front row within the section.
  • Are not constructed of wood, metal, or other materials that may cause harm to others as determined by Event Management.
  • Cannot be used as a projectile.
  • No affixing to the stadium facias or railings at any time.
  • If holding device is desired, poles MUST be made of a hollow ½ inch PVC pipe and no longer than 6 feet in length.
  • All poles must be pre-approved by Nashville SC's Event Management Team.
  • Instruments of any kind are NOT permitted.
  • Banners and signs of any kind are NOT permitted.
  • Nashville SC and the Event Management Team reserve the right to disallow or confiscate any of the above items at any time.

All items, including the request of those that may fall outside of these guidelines, MUST be approved by Nashville SC's Event Management Staff at least 72-hours before kickoff. Request submittals should include photo samples and dimensions. No items will be approved on Match Day

Approved items must be pre-staged in supporters' section. All items will be screened 1-hour before gates opening outside Gate B for Nashville SC Supporters and Gate E for any Visiting Supporters that are allowed approved items. All items are limited to supporters' sections and may not leave those sections at any time.

TAILGATING

Because of the limited parking space around GEODIS Park, tailgating is permitted only directly behind a patron’s vehicle and is subject to GEODIS Park rules. Management reserves the right to limit or restrict tailgating.

The following tailgating guidelines apply for all events:

  • Do not block parking access.
  • Use bins and trash receptacles.
  • Vehicles may not obstruct the roadway.
  • Patrons may use televisions, radios, and other music-playing devices in and directly behind the parking space in which the patron’s vehicle is parked, at a reasonable volume, so long as they do not interfere with any other fan’s enjoyment of the tailgating or event experience.
  • Only Gas grills are permitted. Charcoal grills are prohibited.
  • Grilling is only permitted in paved lots. No grilling should take place in grass lots.

Gas Grill Safety Rules:

  • Type: Portable grills only
  • Surface: Set your grill on a level fireproof surface within your designated parking area. Grilling is only permitted on paved lots.
  • Location: Always use your grill at a safe distance from motor vehicles, tailgating fans, flammable and combustible materials.
  • Setup: Set up your grill in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Open the Lid: Before turning on the gas and lighting the grill, always open the lid to prevent an explosion from gas build-up.
  • Gas: Check for gas leaks. If you detect a leak, immediately turn off the gas and do not attempt to light until leak is fixed.
  • Ignition: If a burner does not ignite or a burner goes out during operation, turn off gas and wait five minutes before trying to light.
  • Gas Supply Valve: Always shut off or close valve when cooking is complete or when grill is not in use.
  • Children: Do not leave a hot grill unattended and keep children away at all times.
  • Trash: Please dispose of trash in proper receptacles.
  • Entries: Do not block.
  • Fire Protection: Keep an approved fire extinguisher accessible.

TICKETING POLICY

Resale of event tickets by individuals, regardless of price, is prohibited (on grounds) at GEODIS Park. Guests that purchase tickets from someone other than the Nashville SC, or Ticketmaster do so at their own risk as those tickets may be counterfeit. Stadium associates are not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider.

In addition to hosting our world-class sporting events, GEODIS Park offers public and private group tours (10-20 people) on a requested basis. Guests will get the chance to see a behind-the-scenes look at premium club spaces, world-class art pieces and technology throughout the building as well as based on availability play on the field.

TRESPASSING

Access to areas of GEODIS Park identified as a restricted area by signage, video or audio message, barriers, and fences, or by the presence of security personnel shall be denied to unauthorized guests.

Unauthorized persons entering these areas shall be warned and asked to leave the area. Failure to comply shall subject the person to ejection and possible arrest.

UMBRELLAS

For the safety of our guests, as well as the ability of all guests to have as clear a sight line as possible, umbrellas are not permitted within GEODIS Park. Stadium gate personnel will not check umbrellas; they must be left in vehicles or taken to the locker rental. Lockers for prohibited items and bags not allowed into the Stadium are available for rent at the below location:

UNAUTHORIZED TRANSMISSIONS

Guests are NOT permitted to bring firearms or any other weapons inside GEODIS Park, including off-duty law enforcement officials attending the event.

WHEELCHAIRS ESCORT SERVICE

GEODIS Park is delighted to offer wheelchair assistance for guests with mobility challenges. This service operates on a first-come, first-served basis upon entry into the Stadium. Guests can request wheelchair assistance by approaching a stadium representative or visiting the Guest Services Window near Gate C and behind Section 113. Additionally, guests may contact the Stadium Operations Center at (615) 701-2512 or text the word “ASSIST” to (615) 701-2512, followed by their specific stadium location. Please note that guests are not allowed to remain in our in-house wheelchairs throughout the duration of the event.
