NSH vs TOR Halftime

EAST HARTFORD, Conn. - Nashville SC and Toronto FC enter halftime even 0-0 in the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs Eastern Conference Quarterfinal on Tuesday night at Rentschler Field at Pratt & Whitney Stadium.

Nashville SC thought it had taken the lead in the 13th minute when Dan Lovitz played a cross in to Jhonder Cádiz, who headed it into the back of the net. However, the goal was immediately waved off for offside.

Toronto FC eased its way into the match with more chances and possession, and had its best chance to score in the 26th minute. A good link-up play ended at the feet of Nick DeLeon in the box, but Joe Willis was up to the task and parried the shot away.

The Boys in Gold earned a few more chances near the end of the half off of set pieces and corner kicks. Cádiz had another solid chance in the 39th minute off of a corner kick, but his shot sailed just wide.
