NASHVILLE – Nashville Soccer Club is teaming up with Super Liga America, Nashville’s largest Hispanic soccer league, to host a local recreational match on Saturday, Aug. 10 at First Tennessee Park. Immediately following Nashville SC’s match against Bethlehem Steel FC, fans are invited to stay to watch Super Liga’s first-division champion Pumas FC from Honduras take on second-division league champion Metapan from El Salvador on the pitch at First Tennessee Park.
Super Liga America is a Hispanic recreational soccer league with three divisions. 80 total teams compete at the Metro Soccer Complex on Donelson Pike on Sundays. Saturday's featured match will give fans the opportunity to see more of the passionate soccer that Nashville has to offer.
The gates will open in the 70' minute of Nashville SC's match to allow any Super Liga America fans to cheer on NSC in the final stretch of its home match. At the conclusion of Nashville SC's match, seating will switch from assigned ticket seating to general admission seating. Concessions will remain open through kickoff of the second half of the Super Liga America match.
