ADA SERVICES

Tickets: Events held at GEODIS Park offer ADA-accessible seating as well as companion seating. People with mobility impairment who require accessible seating are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This may include people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. People who do not fall within the categories above but merely have a preference for accessible seating are not permitted to purchase accessible seats. To purchase Accessible seating (ADA), please click here.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating: GEODIS Park provides wheelchair and companion seating throughout the Stadium. Please note that event day relocations are limited and are not guaranteed but may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check with your section seating host for availability of seats. Personal chairs, stools, chair cushions, or other seating equipment are not permitted inside of the Stadium. For guests needing wheelchair pickup and/or drop-off, one of our Guest Experience Representatives would be happy to assist. Please visit the Guest Services Window or call (615) 701-2512

Accessible Gates: All entrances are ADA Accessible.

Accessible Parking: Please call the Membership Services office to secure your ADA parking at 615-750-8800. Any remaining ADA spaces will be based on availability the week of each event.

Sensory Accommodations: Guests with sensory needs can check out KultureCity Sensory Kits at our Guest Services Window located behind Section 113. Kits include noise-reducing headphones, fidget items, a weighted lap pad, sunglasses, and non-verbal cards. We also have Private Areas located in the Family Restrooms located at Sections 103, 105, 111, 113, 118, 124, 127 & 134. Click here for more information on KultureCity.

Sign Language Interpreters: Sign Interpreters are available upon request to those who require such services. Guests who require such services are required to give GEODIS Park as much advance notice as possible, but at least two weeks prior to the event by guestservices@nashvillesc.com. Required seating accommodations for the guest and the interpreter are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.
