Ian Ayre is the Chief Executive of the Nashville MLS team where he has been tasked with building the entire club from the ground up following the award of an MLS franchise to Nashville in 2017. He is also in charge of the day-to-day operation of Nashville’s United Soccer League (USL) Championship club, Nashville SC. Ian has an extensive level of career experience gained predominantly in the areas of Sport, Media & Technology.
Following 10 years of active military service in the British Royal Navy and professional experience in consumer electronics, Ian was involved in the takeover of Huddersfield Town Football Club. He served as Chairman & Chief Executive of the club and transformed the club’s commercial revenues and completed the final stages of construction of the club’s new stadium and the revitalization of the playing squad.
In 2007, Ian returned to the UK to take up a role at Liverpool Football Club, the club he had supported since his childhood. Over his 10 years at the club he was responsible for rebuilding the club at all levels. After initially securing a record-breaking sponsorship deal for the club, he went on to restructure the entire commercial, operational and football elements of the business as well as overseeing the successful £120m stadium expansion. He was directly responsible for all player transfer negotiations including contract negotiations on over 100 player contracts (acquisitions, sales, loans, extensions) including Phillipe Coutinho, Steven Gerrard, Luis Suarez, Roberto Firminho, Raheem Stirling, Sadio Mane and worked with 5 leading coaches (Rafael Benitez, Roy Hodgson, Kenny Dalglish, Brendan Rogers & Jurgen Klopp). During his time at Liverpool Ian also served on the UEFA Competitions Committee as an elected member and in 2017 was voted Premier League Chief Executive of the year. He stepped down as Chief Executive of the club in February 2017.
Ian is 55 years old, he lives with his partner Karen and daughter Jasmine (12). He has 4 grown up children and 3 grandchildren. Born in Liverpool, England, he has been a soccer fan since his early years and followed Liverpool all over the world both as a fan and as an employee. A keen golfer and motorcycle enthusiast he has lived and worked in UK, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia and China. Ian would describe himself as a creative person and enjoys building great teams that do amazing things and loves the excitement of challenging projects that create outstanding outcomes.

James possesses over fifteen years of experience in the sports industry, including time served with the Colorado Rapids of the MLS, Octagon Sports and Entertainment Agency and the National Basketball Association in Brazil. He led the effort to build NBA Brazil’s marketing partnerships and events platforms to include 15 sponsors of different events including NBA 3X tournaments in five different cities, Jr. NBA programs in two cities, NBA House at the Rio 2016 Olympics and three NBA pre-season games, including the first NBA game hosted in South America.
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, James served as director and strategic consultant at Octagon Sports and Entertainment Agency and led consulting and client acquisition focused on Latin American properties, including the FIFA World Cup and the Rio 2016 Olympics. During this effort, he consulted to some of the globe’s most recognized brands and built marketing and hospitality programs for some of the largest sponsor programs of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
He, his wife Paula and their three boys Gabriel, Liam, and Kyle reside in Franklin.

Michael brings over 20 years of sports experience to Nashville SC, including time as vice president of ticket and sales service for Real Salt Lake in the MLS and in similar roles with the Boston Red Sox. During his time with Real Salt Lake, Michael's department won numerous MLS business awards creating an incredible home environment for the team.
Fluent in Spanish, Michael also served as a director of sales and marketing for Madison Square Garden. Most recently, he worked as a consultant for the Arizona Coyotes, working closely with the executive vice president of ticket sales and strategy to employ best practices in ticket operations.
Originally from Massachusetts Michael now resides in Thompson's Station after living 11 years in Salt Lake City, Michael and his wife Dionne have 4 children: Tomas, Tristan, Savannah and Soren.

A Nashville native, Ron earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee and practiced in the commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors. He later earned both a Master of Urban & Regional Planning and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh before returning to Nashville to practice construction law. Ron is also a Rule 31 Listed General Civil and Family Mediator.
An early member of Nashville FC, the city’s former amateur club, Ron served in a variety of volunteer capacities including match day operations, PA announcer and on the Board of Directors. Ron was also a co-founder of The Roadies, the club’s original independent supporters group.
SR. DIRECTOR, CLUB ADMINISTRATION
Lindsey has over a decade of experience in project management and administration. She worked in the federal government for several years with time spent at the White House, the Department of Defense, and Department of State. Most recently Lindsey worked as the Chief of Staff to the General Counsel of Frontier Communications.
She has an undergraduate degree in Political Communications from the George Washington University and has a master’s degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of America. Lindsey is an avid marathon runner and currently lives in Germantown with her dog Peach.
GENERAL MANAGER, BROADCAST & FAN EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining the professional franchise, Christopher Jones served as the Board President and General Manager for Nashville FC amateur team for three seasons. Under his leadership, Nashville FC experienced significant growth, increased exposure across the country and financial stability.
Christopher also serves on the Middle Tennessee Soccer Alliance Board –the mid state’s elite recreation soccer league. He is a Middle Tennessee State University Alumni and currently holds a USSF "F" Coaching License.
He, his wife Christen and their son Jaxon, are native to Nashville.
Jake has worked in the sports industry for 10 years, including time at Real Salt Lake, Veritix/AXS with the NCAA and most recently the Dallas Wings. He has assisted with ticketing for the CONCACAF Champions League Final, the Men’s and Women’s College World Series, the Final Four and the Frozen Four.
Jake holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from The Utah State University and a master’s degree from Canisius College in Sport Administration.
Originally from Utah, Jake currently lives in Spring Hill with his wife TanDee and their 4 sons Rylan, Paxton, Mason and Dawson.
Tim joins us from MLS where he began his career at Major League Soccer’s National Sales Center then transitioned to an Account Executive role at New York City FC in January of 2015. He hopes to bring everything he’s learned during the expansion of NYCFC to Nashville as we make our push to USL and beyond.
Tim received his undergraduate degree in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee and can be found feverishly yelling at random televisions when the Vols are playing in the fall or reading romance novels in his spare time.

Aaron arrived here fresh out of Major League Soccer’s National Sales Center where he finished in the top of his class. As a new Account Executive, he hopes to bring his years of sales experience to help grow the beautiful game in the Southeast. He just recently moved to Nashville in August of 2017, and has now lived in every state in the Southeast region.
Aaron graduated from Mississippi State University in May of 2016 with a degree in Political Science. Yes, he does own a cowbell and yes, A-A-Ron is acceptable when calling in for tickets.

Olivia recently graduated from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN where she played softball for four years. She graduated with a degree in Sports Management while working in minor league baseball for the Memphis Redbirds as well as in college football for The AutoZone Liberty Bowl.
As a native of Memphis, Olivia is a huge Elvis fan and would choose Memphis BBQ over Nashville hot chicken any day.

True graduated from VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University) in May of 2018 with a degree in Marketing and concentration in Personal Selling. During his four years at VCU, True traveled the country alongside VCU’s basketball team, performing in VCU’s nationally acclaimed pep band called, “The Peppas”, where he played trombone, and was a section leader.
True’s first career move after graduating from VCU started at Major League Soccer’s National Sales Center in September 2018. Concluding training, he then accepted a new Account Executive position here at Nashville SC. His family is from Tennessee and is happy to be home, and also very excited to be a part of the growth of soccer in the south.

He most recently worked for the Nashville Sport Council, helping raise funds to support events like the 2014 Women’s Final Four, 2016 NHL All-Star game & Music City Bowl.
Anthony Dudley holds a Master of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Sport Management and a B.A. in English from Florida State University.

A Tennessee native, Amanda has relocated back to her home state bringing with her over 6 years of sports marketing experience. After a Corporate Sponsorship internship at the Atlanta Hawks & Atlanta Thrashers, she continued her career in sports by moving to Indianapolis to work in Customer Loyalty for the Indiana Pacers.
Amanda has an undergraduate degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Sports from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) She currently lives in Nashville with her husband, Brett, daughter, Lillybelle, and cat, Philip.

Austin Gwin is a lifetime native of Nashville and has more than a decade of experience in sports media, most recently with Lipscomb University Athletics handling media for the school’s men’s soccer team in addition to producing hundreds of ESPN broadcasts.
Austin graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2012 with his undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism and in 2014 with his master’s in Communications.
He loves West Ham United as well as the Preds, Titans, Braves, and Florida Gators. He has eaten the “Shut the Cluck Up” hot chicken from Hattie B’s, and it wasn’t a good decision.
Austin lives in Cane Ridge with his wife, Megan, their two kids, Savannah and Steele, and their labradoodle, Nike.

Susan has nearly a decade of experience in entertainment, most recently working in music licensing and finance. She has also worked as a freelance videographer and producer, scripting, shooting and editing various multimedia productions.
She has an undergraduate degree in Radio/TV/Film from Cal State Fullerton and a master’s degree in Recording Arts and Technologies from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to joining the professional franchise, Susan served as a game-day photographer for the Nashville FC amateur team.

Prior to joining the professional franchise, Lucy served as the Graphic Artist for the Nashville FC amateur team for two seasons. Working with Nashville Soccer Club is the perfect fusion of her passions: visual arts, community engagement, soccer, and Nashville's collaborative culture.
Lucy is a Vanderbilt University Alumni and has a BA in Studio Art with a double minor in Corporate Strategy and History of Art. She currently lives in East Nasty with her dog, Layne.

Andrew is a native of Chicago. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a concentration on Sports Reporting from Columbia College Chicago and a master’s degree in Sport Administration from Belmont University. He is passionate about the growth of soccer in America and considers himself the "Director of Good Vibes" at Nashville SC.
Andrew is a die-hard Chicago sports and Manchester United fan. He enjoys eating hot dogs, singing in the car, and hanging out with his dog, Cubbie. Andrew is not afraid to admit that he cried when the Cubs won the World Series.
Patrick comes to Nashville SC from the Nashville Sounds, where he served as an Operations Associate and assisted with the day-to-day operations at First Tennessee Park. Patrick is a native of Hendersonville, Tennessee, where he graduated from Pope John Paul II High School. After high school, Patrick received a scholarship to play baseball at Georgetown College, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Administration in 2016. He then moved back to Nashville, and completed his Master’s Degree in Sports Administration from Belmont University in 2018.
Patrick is an avid sports fan who enjoys spending his free time watching and playing sports. He also coaches youth baseball teams in the area. He currently resides in Cottontown with his family.
